They have helped a woman solve the violent haunting of her new house. And they have helped the anti-christ destroy the Great Gate controlling the flow of magic between worlds, subverting the Apocalypse and ushering in a new age of supernatural freedom.
Yeah, about that last one. Turns out supernatural freedom means freedom for lots of things to wreak havoc, and one powerful faction is determined to fulfill an ancient prophesy that would upheave the continent of North America—literally.
Luckily, Jill has a crack team on the job. There’s Clara Nordstern, the imposing stoic swordswoman with uncertain and terrifying powers. There’s Selene Shields, newly returned from a trans-infernal crossing. There’s Ariel Freeman, the minister-turned-exorcist whose sunny exterior hides a complex history.
